The staff are super friendly and polite, making the whole experience feel like a family dinner. The restaurant itself is spotless - cant complain about the cleanliness! And the portions? OUTRAGEOUS. I mean, I was stuffed to the brim and still had leftovers for days. Definitely a must-try spot if youre in the area!"

Ann Marie Taylor-Schmidt We had a lovely meal with pleasant service. Hubby’s pot roast was tender and falling apart. My soup de jour of shrimp and corn bisque had layered flavors that I enjoyed. Turtle brownie with ice cream tasted like it had just come out of the oven. We felt fortunate to have found it. The building is unassuming and a bit hard to spot from the road. It has historical charm.

Daniel Thayer My wife and I were out in the Rockford area and started looking for a place to eat, we decided to stop here based on the outstanding reviews. The reviews were spot on, the food was fantastic! We split the 2 meats/2 sides meal. We picked rib tips and the fried pork chop for the meats and the sweet potatoes and mac & cheese for the sides. The rib tips were amazing! The fries pork chop was probably the best we have ever had, that sweet potatoes were incredible and the mac & cheese was great. The service and friendly staff were wonderful, we will definitely make the trip out here again!

L. Hutton I went here while I was in town visiting family, and it was amazing! All of the tacos we tried were incredible—the shrimp, steak, and chorizo tacos were so good. I can’t wait to go back next time I’m in town. I also tried the quesabirrias, which I had never had before, but I will definitely be ordering them again. And to top it all off, the margaritas were great too! Thanks for such great food and service!

Francisco Olalde The experience at LUXX is wonderful. The staff go out of their way to make the dinner special regardless of routine dining or if dining in celebration of an anniversary or birthday. The food is well prepared and made to order. Each dish is flavorful, and well presented. I recommend their specials over their standard menu selections, they are eclectic, tasty, and worth trying. The ambience is perfect from music to atmosphere. However, when the restaurant is fully occupied, conversations can become quite loud creating a white noise effect. If that bothers you, plan to eat during less busy hours. We are now repeat customers. We will absolutely dine here again.

Wireless Customer This place is GREAT!! Great products, as always, and great employees who are all happy and friendly, and all seem normal, which is GREAT! :-) Comfy seating as well! Every seat is padded! Kiersten is AMAZING! She greeted us with a bright smile and walked our coffees out to us when they were ready. This is one of my favorite Starbucks! Wish it were closer!
