Crooked Horns Bar & Grill - (Near Sycamore, IL)

5 /5 Alexis Jones: We were in town for the holidays and needed a good breakfast. Our inlaws suggested Crooked Horns and we are so glad they did! The service was amazing. We had a ton of modifications and substitutions and the server didnt miss a beat. The kitchen did a fantastic job. Although we had a huge group and tons of changes, everything came out quickly and correctly and the server was great at making sure we had everything we needed. When the food came out, we realized how big the portions were and were excited to bring home leftovers. I ordered a skillet and side cakes and it was perfection. The star of the show was definitely the attentive service and the flavors. Ill definitely be back!!

2 /5 Brenda Petersen: I really loved the service and ambience of this place… however the food was pure disappointment. I hate to leave a bad review because I really wanted to like this place, the workers were so nice and the place was so cute and clean, but the $100 we spent on dinner for two was very much a waste. The bread came in a bag, as if it was from a gas station. The portions are huge- but the quality and flavor is horrible. The cheese curds were most definitely frozen.. the mashed potatoes may have been boxed. Not only did it take a long time for our drinks, they were made horrible… to the point they noticed I didn’t like my expresso martini and offered to take it off the bill… which was nice, but also leads me to believe they are used to this. My server warned me about not getting my mashed potatoes loaded because they put nacho cheese on top and it’s not good… I hope the people who work in the kitchen read this and invest in higher quality food.. the menu is so expansive you don’t know what to order.. I’d say smaller menus and higher quality, fresh food.

5 /5 john newquist: I felt like crepes with fruit today and I this came up on the search. First of all, the crepes are perfect yet more than just one fruit. You get blueberries and strawberries and raspberries. Michelle was good. Waitress and I got seated right away and took care of me very fast. The turkey patties are excellent. And all in all a great breakfast.

5 /5 Diana Gonzales: As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with a smile and welcoming face. The food, service, and atmosphere were outstanding! We were very pleased with how attentive and kind the entire staff was to us. Also, the food was fresh and warm. The restaurant was clean and the drinks were delicious. We will be back!
