2 /5 Jessica Butler: Service was slow. 3 teen boys looked at me but would not help or acknowledge me. Took forever to get my 1 order of cheese curds to the point I was almost done with my ice cream by the time I got them. Every time I go to this location the service gets worse and worse. Staff needs to be retrained or fired and replaced with good working people who actually care about the customers

4 /5 Cary Miller: Definitely above average Dairy Queen. Many of the townspeople know we can thank Alan for that. My food has always been good, hot, and fresh. My requests for special orders have always been honored and filled correctly. If I call in my order for carry out it is always ready when I arrive. The restaurant is consistently clean. For the most part the service is good but can vary depending on the work shift.

2 /5 Nancy P: Visited this location late on a Sunday afternoon. There was a long line for the drive-thru. Chose dine-in so we could sit and visit awhile. The staff was bustling! There was no one ahead of us at the counter, but appeared also that there was no one available at the register. Our presence was acknowledged immediately with apologies that someone would wait on us shortly. There was a brief wait. It was quite apparent that the staff was scurrying around to fill orders. Our order was delivered correctly. The Peanut Buster Parfait and Blizzard had a good presentation. Definitely was Dairy Queen delicious. The dining room area, however, was in need of attention. There was one other couple and a family seated. ALL of the empty tables needed to be wiped off from the previous diners. The floors were in dyer need of being swept. The trash bins were beyond full and spilling out. I understand it is a time of staffing shortages. There is no doubt that the workers were doing the best that they could. Just standing at the counter while waiting to order, we observed the effort being put into their jobs. Their effort in performing their work was actually impressive.

1 /5 ronald weedsley: This place actually sucks. All of the younger female staff are unpleasant, Bitchy teenagers to start. Hands down the worst service out of any fast food place Ive been or worked at. The drive thru is a joke unless you think sitting in one place for 55 minutes with your car running is fun. Also if you have food allergies dont eat here at all, Ive asked them to make sure theres absolutely no type of nuts in my ice cream every time Ive gone and so far theyre 4/4 on dosing me with tree nuts. Its worth the drive to go anywhere else

1 /5 Kimberly Frazier: This is from Sunday night, October 17, 2021. I had to wait about 20 minutes for my food after ordering it. The burger was way overcooked, but that wasnt the worst of my experience. There were 6 high school kids not wearing their masks properly and talking about the previous weekend plans and definitely not social distancing. I could hear the conversation and one of the kids even threw in the F bomb. Very unprofessional and there seemed to be no adult to supervise. I was there to get dinner, not listen to their private lives and definitely not to hear cursing. I will not visit this establishment again. I was disgusted!
