Marissa Harkness We had the most incredible wedding at Whitetail Ridge! The staff was amazing - particularly Abby, the wedding coordinator. So accommodating & her communication was outstanding! They helped make memories for a lifetime to come. Food was great & price was reasonable! Very, very happy with our experience!! Highly recommend their venue!

Kevin Jones Nice small-town bowling alley, with a handful of video games and a couple pool tables. Pool tables were decent and, amazingly, only 50¢ a rack. Lanes were good and the atmosphere was great. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Bar has a reasonable selection of wares and was priced right. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Mike Rudzinski The food at The Dining Car is always something new and wonderful. Beth changes the menu often and she won’t put it on the menu unless it’s delicious. Hang out enough and you might get an early taste of what’s coming next or experience the amazing sound of 20 pounds of bacon frying (it’s like a waterfall… a waterfall of bacon). The company is always friendly, the food is always fresh, and the prices are reasonable too. If you have a sweet tooth, try a scoop of ice cream or a slice of the best cheesecake around. You’ll be glad you did!

Jason Ellis Goldmoor Inn is a beautiful property with privacy and comfort at the heart. Service at the Inn is top notch and offers an experience unlike any in the driftless area. Staff are friendly and accommodating and the grounds are beautiful with much to offer. The highlight of the stay was the opportunity to dine at the chefs table. The kitchen is immaculate and the chef and his team run a well oiled ship. We had the elk chops and I have never had a better prepared cut off meat, it was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend a stay at the Goldmoor Inn, the air is most definitely fresh and clean!!!

Snow OMG!! My favorite new place!! I knew I wanted some birria tacos, but I wanted something else for later also. The gentleman at the front recommended some tacos for me they’re street tacos. I forgot the name, but they were pork with pineapple. I was super hungry so I opened up one of the container containers on my way home(Yes, I know that’s not exactly safe, but I was at the stoplight). I tasted one of my tacos and pulled over to the side of the road to eat the whole one. He also recommended leche cake. The gentleman there was super nice. I love it!!

Dominik Bauer Definitely by far the healthiest food option in town. We have been craving this ever since we moved back! Met the owner Kirk today, he has a big heart for this community. Highly recommend checking out roots!
