Downtown Lounge - (Near Centralia, IL)

3 /5 Theodore Bland: Not a bad place. Centralia is a small town. Food served here is simple, diner fare. I had the chicken-fried steak, and it was very tender! The mashed potatoes, gravy and mac-‘n’-cheese were all unremarkable. (Even a little bland.) Staff was friendly. Our table was a collection of the youngest patrons by about 20 years (and we were all in our 40s). They definitely cater to a retiree type crowd.

5 /5 richard daniels: This place is awesome!! When we walked in people were socializing, playing cards, enjoying their meals, their friends and lives!! This place was ALIVE!! We were IMMEDIATELY greeted by the staff, our choice of beverages brought to the table. Food was great and delicious. Definitely a repeat visit in the future!! Really enjoyed the Beef soup and salad. Later had the fried gizzards.

5 /5 Lori Bostick: We had the country fried steak & mashed potatoes, and chop steak & salad. Both cooked to perfection, hot, and comforting. Our waitress was very polite, and working the entire floor flawlessly!
