1 /5 Thomas Hicks: First off the female manager refuses to give you her name which I find extremely odd. Then when you pay for extra meat(50% more) if you use any type of code they only give you 25% more meat because of using the code, the managers words thats just how it works supposedly. Then when you specify exactly what you want on your sub they decide what they actually put on there. I requested more of quitea few ingredients and Ive never ordered anything with LESS on them when I ordered 2 subs with a drink special they troied to tell me the receipt printed off saying I wanted less of mainly everything(again Ive never ordered anything LESS on the site before) and instead of putting less of those ingredients they simply didnt add them at all so I liuterally got Bread, A little meat, a little letuce, Little Tomato and some mayo and thats it. You can see in the screenshot exactly what I asked to be put on there and then you can look att hepics and see what I actually receieved. I have ate at Subways all across the United States as I was previously a truck driver and Ive never receieved a sub(s) that looked this awful not have a I ever been treated as bad as I have at this store and this is the only Subway local to me. Since its a franchise store I asked for the owner to be called and for them to call me and the manager puts up a front standing behind the whole I made it exactly how it was printed on the receipt and that the owner said theres nothing they could do since it was printed like that. When I called back to ask for a copy of the receipt the employee that answered literally hung up on me and now they are screening my calls and will not answer my number. I will be contacting corporate about this as soon as I post this.
