5 /5 Lydia-Mary Livingston: My family of four, soon to be 5 as we are expecting, enjoyed our meals IMMENSELY. My son, who tends to be pretty picky CLEARED his plate as did my husband.
This was after two rounds of chips and salsa. Perfectly balanced, flavorful and smooth salsa.
I did NOT clear my plate because my quesadilla though incredibly delicious was bigger than my head. I only ate half but the vegetables inside were perfectly cooked which sometimes you dont get especially with green peppers. The steak was top tier. Well seasoned. Truly good.
The quesadilla comes with tomato, lettuce and sour cream on the side which I ate mixed with the aforementioned delicious salsa.
Now, the only thing to note is that, Im a silly person that saves the best bite for the last bite. Last bite, sometimes after finishing my drink just so I can savor the flavor. I had put that bite aside and while packing up mine and my kids leftovers, the waitress (who was so kind, considerate and unaware of my extra special last bite) took the plate away. Shes not at fault (this has happened to me before).
I only tell you this to say that the very bite denied to me would have been THE BEST of all and I felt a disappointment in my heart to not get to eat it. It was all SO GOOD and I was ready to savor for the next hour.
The solace I have is that I have another half of my fajita steak quesadilla which I can snack on as we drove 2 hours home. So, 10/10 recommend! Absolutely delicious. Go to El Rancherito.
Oh, and finally, should her employers see this. Bella is THE BEST MOST KINDSST ENGAGING HOSTESS! As we left, my son said aloud, "I just love Bella and I dont want to leave. Special shout out to Bella for playing with our littles!
