Sandra Thompson Traveling and looking for breakfast and found this gem of a cafe!! Our meals were sooo tasty, just the right portions to satisfy us without overstuffing us for an exceptional price, quaint atmosphere with friendly staff and patrons, and our service dog in training was welcomed and well fed! The locals are so fortunate to have this in their backyard. Highly recommend!!

Daniel Hoerchler Came in for dinner and some drinks, the chicken cordon Bleu was absolutely delicious. Miss Steph the bar tendress was awesome and very attentive. If you come to Jacksonville Illinois an dont have a drink and a good thin crust pie, its your own fault. Absolutely amazing.

PerKat Womens restroom was filthy, dried urine on 2 of the 3 toilets. All 4 chairs out our table were so wobbly we were afraid to move from fear we would end up on floor. Server was friendly enough but never offered refill on drinks, had to ask for them. Food was good, but the brea they give with meal has changes and wasnt as good as it used to be.

Arrowsmith Parker I grew up in Quincy but I live in Chicago now. Every time I come visit my family, we come straight here from the train station. This is my childhood and their childhood. Its a Quincy tradition that I hope will never end. I love coming here because I know the food will be incredible every time and they have amazing deals.
