Galena Cellars - (Near Galena, IL)

Kelly Cagle Lovely view. Had the chicken and waffles. Best thing I ever tasted. Ill be back next weekend. It was a little loud, but what can you do? The service was lovely. The food took a while, but the manager come out to apologize.

Andrea Galvin Came in to have a drink or two, there was a crowd but we were able to get our drinks quickly. The bartending staff was incredibly nice. Their cocktail menu had many options, especially for the summertime. We didn’t order food but the food coming out of the kitchen smelled fantastic. Well definitely be going back. Overall clean and great atmosphere for some summer fun.

Kyle Reinhard Hometown friendly service with awesome breakfasts and sandwiches. Great place to swing in and grab good food quickly. They do an awesome chicken salad melt. All their sandwiches are good too. Everyone loves their fried chicken which is very easy to order ahead and serve for big groups. They are super accommodating and easy to work with. Great local joint!

Brian Samuell A restaurant with great food is how they say it on the board outside. A lovely Mexican lady came to serve us so I asked for a Heuvos Rancheros which wasnt on the menu. Up it came, the eggs, rice, bean sauce and tacos.

Mariah Scott Ryan was our server tonight. This was our second time eating at Beef’s. Both experiences I wouldn’t have been able to tell they had just opened. The wait wasn’t long, food was great, and our waiter tonight was wonderful. He didn’t miss a beat and was very apologetic for things out of his control. I’ll def be returning for some more Wings & pulled pork nachos!!! ❤️

Seth Seavers What a gem this place is! Chris and Aaron were fantastic and were an absolute blast to chat about food and wine with. The wine here runs the full gamut. Sweet, semi-sweet, and dry, they’ll have it. There’s no doubt in my mind they’ll have something you’ll like. We had their pizza and it was fantastic! Scratch brewing is one of my favorites places, and Crooked Creek gives me the same vibes. A bit off the beaten path, but great drinks, great food, and great company! I’ll be back here for sure!
