Heath Huber A friend of mine recommended this restaurant, and i am glad he did. Upon arriving we were welcomed in by the owner and sat at the bar for a drink. The crafted drinks here are outstanding, I had the 815 and my wife had the express lane . After our drink we were taken to our table and I ordered a Boozy Bonfire which was also a great drink , but I liked the 815 more. Our waiter came to take our order . We ordered the green bean small plate, along with the Suppli. Bean appetizer was good, the Suppi was outstanding. Our two entrees we ordered were the hot chicken and the pumpernickel cavatelli. The hot chicken was cooked to perfection and the crispy chicken skin took it over the top. The polenta and olive oil braised greens put with the chicken made a great bite all together. My favorite entree of the nite was the pumpernickel cavatelli. This dish has brisket , cabbage , cheese. The Smokey brisket with the sauté cabbage and sauce was addictive and made me want to order the dish again so I could wake up and have it for breakfast! After our entree we ordered a dark chocolate gelato which was a great ending to our wonderful meal. Thank you Plume for the wonderful dining experience. We will be back, we will recommend.
