Hardees - (Near Havana, IL)

1 /5 Heaven Grigsby: Went for breakfast this morning $22 for 2 bacon egg n cheese buicuits and two vanilla milkshakes. We waited which was fine but once we got home one milkshake wasn’t even mixed all the way had huge chunks still our biscuits were black burnt and hard they knew dang well when they wrapped them biscuits up they were wrong for that smh worst part is I got them for my grandma on my birthday “happy birthday grandma here’s a burnt biscuit even your dog didn’t want and a milkshake you gotta reblend” .. you’d think with all the recent close downs of Hardee’s y’all would get it together this restaurant meant so much to me growing up and its nostalgic for me but after one to many disappoints I’m just over it especially since I’ve called twice now to correct this issue and haven’t gotten an answer yet

5 /5 Andrea Smith: Curtis at the drive through was a delight. Im not typically a "review the local fast food place" person, but he went above and beyond. We havent been treated that nicely in a drive through in some time. Keep up the good work and keep passing around the pleasant attitude!

3 /5 Justin Scott: I went through the drive-thru to order my food, I was asked after I paid to pull forward because they were waiting on fresh fries, after several minutes I received my food and come to find out the fries that I got or not piping hot fresh fries like you would normally get. Im just a little confused on what happened there. Other than that the burger was fine and as expected.

5 /5 Landon Heitz: They treated me in the most respectful way. There were nice and even made small talk to make me feel welcomed.

1 /5 Robert Wolford: terrible service waited 20 min for apple pie fries and chicken stripe. then left with food to find out fries cold, returned and told they would make me fresh batch and it would take 5-6 mins. I have 30min lunch. Told them keep them i dont have time for it. They chicken was three pieces about 3in long each 6of them a apple pie and med curly fry and charged $20.83 ridiculous! Dont go there for sure!
