5 /5 Orpha Martin: This is one of my very favorite places to eat. The atmosphere is very relaxing and comfortable; the food is excellent and reasonably priced; and the owners are very friendly and treat you like you are a part of their family. They are the ones who greet you. They always make you feel welcome and always with a smile! If you ever get the chance or have the opportunity to make a point of choosing to visit their establishment, then do it! Youll be glad you did.

5 /5 Lee Storms: Big hospitality in a small Illinois River town. Full menu with multiple daily specials. Complimentary fresh fritters rolled in powdered sugar that are like non I have ever eaten. Service is attention to detail & atmosphere very home feeling. Always dessert options that cannot be ignored.

5 /5 Steven Lehmann: Always a great meal! Comfort food atmosphere excellent for family dining. Always enjoy seeing Bill Kenyon, not many who take so much pride in their own business like he does. Wait staff is the best around and long term employees.

5 /5 Jim McIntyre: My boss and I are working out of town and just happened onto Kenyons place. We have been working in this area for 3 weeks and it was the best meal weve had. We walked in and was greated right away by the owner I think. He took us to our table told us the specials and made small talk which was refreshing in this day and age. We barely had time to look at the menu before the waitress was there to get drinks for us and she told us the specials again. We ordered and the waitress was very attentive and made small talk even though she had a couple more tables and a table of 6. The food came out and looked as good as it tasted. The owner was sitting other parts and always stopped for a second just to check on us. We will be going back till this job we are working on is done. I really enjoyed how everyone made us feel like we were their only customer which is very hard to find nowadays. Thank you to everyone at Kenyons place and keep up the great work and food.
