The chefs craft the food with a remarkable sense of dedication and care. 5 /5 Giselle Leon: I highly recommend this place. The atmosphere, music, staff, and drinks are amazing. They have great DJs. I love coming here to dance to latin music like bachata, cumbia, and merengue. This place is definitely worth checking out!
5 /5 Mariana Galindo: Came to have dinner here with my husband after reading great reviews. I have to say, they did not disappoint! The food was amazing! Good portions and reasonable prices. We had nachos, a milanesa torta, and chicken burrito.. everything was delicious. & friendly service. We will definitely be back!
Ron Clark I thought my breakfast was very good. More than I could eat. Sausage patties were oversized. Hash browns done crispy just the way I like them. Very satisfied. Will go back, soon I hope.
Ryan Hill Wow what a fantastic find! This place surprised me and my family with outstanding service and great food. It’s not much to look at on the outside, but don’t let that deceive you. The people are awesome inside and the food is delicious! 5 star experience!
Larry Dorsch Our waitress gets a five-star rating. She was pleasant, polite, patient, and arrived at the table on a timely basis throughout the meal. Our party of 4 each had a different entrée and all gave their meal a five-star rating. Who would have guessed that the chef could make butternut squash into a tasty side, but he did. The desserts were brought out on a tray for viewing which only made the selection process more difficult. They looked and tasted delicious. The cost for 4 dinners and 4 desserts with only water to drink was $297 + tip.
Street signage at the restaurant is not prominent so make sure you know where you are going. Parking is ample. The tables are widely spaced, but I suspect a loud group would be a problem for the other tables in the small dining rooms. Mobility challenged residents should check with the restaurant about access.
Cheryl Krouse My husband and I visited GDL on a Sunday afternoon in December. It was quiet only 3 tables occupied. Service and food was quick. I had Enchiladas Mexicana and he had a Chimichanga. Both included rice and beans. Both were hot, fresh and tasty. The price and portions were good. I will definitely be back.
