5 /5 James Anderson, CFRE: I can’t remember the last time, if ever, I gave a “fast food” restaurant 5 stars. But their team deserves it. They were fast, friendly and efficient. But they earned 5 stars for being generous with the extra crispies and by providing enough lemon and malt vinegar packets. Some places try to be cheap/stingy when you ask for extras like this. That destroys loyalty. Being generous earns loyalty. Thank you. I’ll see you the next time I’m back in town.

5 /5 Liz Beckett: I dont live in the area, and most of the Long John Silvers that I have went to the past few years have been nothing less than disgusting. Today I went to the MtVernon store and totally amazed. The girl that waited on me was so nice,and very helpful. And the store was so clean...It was awesome. I will definitely be back again when I am down that way. Thank you to the staff and kudos to the management. It was fantastic!

4 /5 Gilbert Donna (Mrs G): 02/19/2024 We had not had Long John Silvers for several years. Happened to be in Mt. Vernon and saw that theirs was still open. The establishment looks to be recently updated, very clean. The staff was very friendly and we received our order quickly. Everything was hot, nice and crispy. The hush puppies were perfect, light crispiness on the outside, tender on the inside. Definitely look forward to returning

5 /5 Kristina Brown: Food is always hot and tasty, and usually served fast when we go. The inside looks nice, and has friendly service. I absolutely love the chicken and fish, and hush puppies and slaw and waffle fries. The soda is good too. I will definitely keep coming to this location and would recommend.
