1 /5 Kylei Miller: My coworkers and I frequently pick up mobile orders from this establishment for lunch 2-3 days a week. Nevertheless, the customer service has been disappointing lately. We visited last week, and my coworker observed they were currently preparing her sandwich. Through no fault of their own, she forgot to add a special message to her order regarding her allergy and accidentally called the wrong location. She courteously requested a new sandwich and apologized. Regrettably, the male and female staff members collaborated and began yelling at her, asserting she had left a negative review two to three months prior stating they had made her sandwich incorrectly. They asserted their manager had reviewed the security footage, which proved they had not made the sandwich wrong. However, my colleague has never left a Google review. When she denied their accusation, the female staff member responded with a terrible attitude, saying YEAH, YOU. The disrespect displayed was sufficient for us to decide to take our Subway orders, which we place two to three times a week, to a different location.
