5 /5 Liaka Ahmad: Sabrina was absolutely amazing!!! She was our waitress and kept checking in on us and asking if we needed refills. Then the food!!! Absolutely delicious and fresh!!!! We ate everything on our plates!

2 /5 Im Josh: Max’s has some really good food, and the service is usually okay. However, my recent experience was completely unacceptable. Another customer verbally harassed me, told me to “go cry” about a disability, and repeatedly slammed the booth into my back. Because of this, I had to leave the restaurant. When I later returned to pick up the meal they had offered on the house, I was forced to explain the entire situation again—only to be told no in front of other customers. I then left, nearly made it home, and was suddenly called and asked to come back. I’ve been a server for almost three years, and if something like this happened in my restaurant, the offending customer would have been immediately removed, trespassed, and banned. No one should be allowed to physically or verbally harass another guest without consequences. If you’re looking for a place where a customer can be verbally harassed, physically hit by a booth, dismissed by management, and then called back only after leaving, then Max’s might be the place for you. Unfortunately, they handled this situation in a way that made it clear customer safety and respect were not a priority.

5 /5 Rich German: Heading Southwest from BBC York, PA, stopped to fuel up and decided it was time to eat. Didn’t want Fuel Station Food, and Max’s was an option so bc Max’s it was. Weren’t looking for a heavy meal, so we opted for grilled chicken and. reuben sandwich, both with onion rings! Both came to the table pretty quickly, we had gotten there at an ogled time. Chicken wasn’t dry, Corned beef was so tender, best I have had and I eat CB when I stop during my travels. The Dude that served us was cordial, atmosphere was nice, clean, tables were clean. Service Simple and Smooth, Proced Right!

My husband said his sandwich was salty and soggy but tolerable, my son seemed to enjoy his burger, my fried chicken had no taste but dirty oil, and my onion rings were soft. Tried baking them, just ended up leaking oil everywhere and being nastier. Felt like a waste. Not going back.

5 /5 Caleb Martin: Sabrina, does a fantastic job at making sure your food is correct, with extra condiments. She definitely will take care of you when it comes to to go orders. I had the Ham and Turkey club, it was fantastic with real turkey and ham cut in house.
