Moussalli’s Prime - (Near Edwardsville, IL)

5 /5 Sophie Riemersma: My family and I had an amazing experience at Moussalli’s on Saturday. The waitress, Amy, was very attentive and gave 5 star service. But the food was also top notch. I got the filet medallions while my husband got the prime rib special. The mushroom, shrimp & crab cream sauce was to die for. I was super impressed with the amount of options available on the menu. I feel that I could go back 5 more times and get a different meal each time and be perfectly satisfied. Also, highly recommend the peppery feta salad. Our group also had the crab stuffed mushrooms and the charcuterie board for apps. They were good, but nothing to phone home about. Instead, I would recommend the white truffle mac & cheese and the garlic parmesan fries. Super excited to come back & try more options! Food and service was 100% worth the value and price paid.

5 /5 KielePaige: Tonight I had the pleasure of dining at Moussalli’s for the first time and let me say that we will definitely be back!! From the service, to food, to atmosphere, everything was way beyond our expectations. We had the pleasure of Christian serving us and he was extremely helpful, attentive, kind, and well knowledgeable in the menu! Despite it being clearly very busy we didn’t lack in service at all. The food was wonderful including my vegetarian meal that they customize to your liking (probably one of the best I’ve had at any restaurant!) I was nervous not being a meat eater, that I was going to a steakhouse with my family but I would go again just for that. Oh and don’t even get me started on the Oysters Rockefeller (I eat seafood once in awhile) they were AMAZING… So much so that one order was not enough and we had to stop the busser to ask our server to ring in more… I could come back and eat 12 of those on my own lol. My parents were equally impressed with their dishes…. Dad got the halibut special and said it was the best halibut he has ever eaten and mom’s medium-well steak was cooked to perfection, sometimes a higher cook means dryness, char, etc. but this was none of the above! It was full of flavor, juicy, and cooked beautifully. Every part of the dinner was simply delicious and I can’t wait to come back time and time again!

5 /5 Alicia Saint Ives: Moussalli’s Prime in Edwardsville is an absolute gem—easily one of my favorite spots for an elevated dining experience. Every bite of food and every sip of our cocktails was next-level amazing. The bar team even created a custom cocktail just for me, and it was perfection. Highly recommend starting with the crab-stuffed mushrooms (a must!), but we also loved the bacon-wrapped shrimp, oysters, and prime rib. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. The vibe is upscale without being stuffy, and the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely top-tier. The staff went out of their way to make the night feel extra special.
