Rest in Pizza - (Near Arthur, IL)

4 /5 Bethany Smith: The food is SO SO SO good and the people/ owners are so nice! Our first experience was a late night when we were in a bad mood and they just made our whole night better. The ONLY downside is they never answer the phone. My boyfriend and I have called multiple times throughout the weeks since weve been and we never get an answer. Always says it cant connect or something or another. Which is so sad! We live far from Arthur so we dont want to make the trip unless we know for a fact they are open which we can never confirm. If the number on Google and the brochure is incorrect, please update! We want more pizza!

1 /5 Larry Hilton Jr: Wish there was a negative star rating. We were in town for the weekend and wanted pizza (8 people), so bring the only pizza place in town we called for a pickup order. First call made was a disaster to begin with, we were going to order 5 pizzas, so my wife called and told the guy (who said he was the owner?) what pizza she was wanting to order. When she was finished with the order he repeated it back to her and he only has the pizza not five as we were wanting, she told him that was not correct that we wanted five not three, so after about five minutes in the phone with him and he not understanding we wants five not three he commented "look your not listening to me", she told him to forget the whole order and hung up. About 10 minutes later they called be back and the young lady that called was really nice and very apologetic, so like I said bring the only pizza place in town she placed the order with this young lady, well she get the order right and said it would be ready in 45 minutes. We were rushed for time due to our schedule but had a small window that we could make work. So, any 30 or 35 minutes after placing the order we went to pay and probably knew we would have to wait a "few" minutes, we were good with that, BUT when we told them we were there to pickup our order, the dude(?) working the counter went to check on the order, he ask the guy boxing food about it and then went to the rear and came back and said " we havent started that order yet but it is the next one". This its we placed was me than $100, so needless to say they lost the sale and we didnt have pizza while in town. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!! ****************************UPDATE************************** Since there is no way to dispute your reply, here goes. Like I said we had a small window of time and we were there 10 minutes ahead of the time that we were told the order would be ready and if you had held up you promise we could have made it work, but you cannot tell me that you could have prepared five (5) pizzas, baked the five (5) pizzas and had them sitting on the counter in 10 minutes....no I dont think so.

5 /5 Ashley Hood-Doemelt: Delicious pizza, garlic knots and shoo fly pie! Would definitely go back. Reasonable prices & cute atmosphere, very clean.
