5 /5 Joshua Echols: I have heard good things about this place for a while now. I gotta say the reward was worth the wait. I was finally able to stop by for lunch to smash my face in some seriously delicious Mexican food. The selection of meats was outstanding, the queso was perfect for pouring over everything, I mean who doesnt want more cheese? The add ons were nice and fresh and I have to say even the hard shells provided at the buffet were sturdy and crispy, not like other places where the hard shells are about as stout as a wet napkin. I filled my first plate with 2 quesadillas and a little bit of everything that I could fit on it. I went back with a second plate and added on what I could not fit on the first. The server came by with soft flour shells, street taco sized, and I made tacos with my piles of fresh meats, beans, cheese, pico, and sauces. The flavor explosion was amazing and I was hooked from the first bite. The seasoning was perfect, the meat was tender and flavorful and writing this makes me want even more. I finished plates 1 and 2 making my own creations of soft tacos, hard tacos, and meat and cheese filled quesadillas. I went back for my third plate, after all this is a buffet. I turned it into a nacho plate minus the chips, they were already at the table with some tasty salsa. I attempted to finish my third heaping plate but I was absolutely STUFFED and was about to pop. You know how you go to a Mexican place and sit there and eat 2 trays of chips with bowls of salsa....yeah not here. The food is seriously good enough and just a few steps away that the chips and salsa are an afterthought. They are not an "appetizer" like most Mexican places they are truly an accessory to the meal itself. I can not recommend the lunch buffet enough, it is worth the drive, worth the cost and delicious until the very last bite with very attentive service. Come hungry, get fat n happy, tip well.
