It is the big things that lose stars from average.
First time Subway on line order.
I ordered on line two items.
Among some clunky un store conversation, I picked up my order.
1) Salad. No complaints.
2a) Blackforest ham sandwich.
The subway order forgot to put meat on my sandwich. This means, no ham. See picture below.
2b) I ordered the value meal. DRINK and chips. After I was outside the Subway. In my to go bag, I found the cup..
My problem, I was already in my vehicle, I should have known a cup was in the to go bag.
So, I returned into the store to get valued drink.
However, back at work I found my on line order was incomplete.
I had a blackforest ham sandwich with no blackforest ham.
I did not return or call, because I did not want to upset the Subway maker.
We all know, you never upset the cook.
Goodbye Subway. Goodbye.
