Taco Bell - (Near Macomb, IL)

4 /5 Maureen VanBrooker: This was the first time in a long while that we actually went in and sat down. Last week we door dashed from here. Two completely different experiences. In house, our food was perfect. Great Service! Quick, clean, and correct. Very impressed. However, the door dash absolutely horrible. We had ordered lux boxes, they must of been out, everything was just thrown and slopped in one bag. It was so heavy that the bottom ripped. Thats how it was delivered, then we had to play the guessing game of what was what because there were no marks or writing showing what they were. So impressed and disappointed within 2 services over a weeks span. We are loving the new Chicken Cantina menu.

1 /5 Sarah Boyd: Seriously the worst Taco Bell. Twice we have ordered online. Nothing crazy- generally around 4-5 items. First time they wanted to cancel our whole order bc they did not have an ingredient for one of the burritos. We had to beg to not do that and to just replace it with a taco (cost less than the original item). second time- ordered a Crunchwrap with rice added. Every other item (3 items) completely unaltered. Get told they would have to cancel the whole order again because they can’t do the Crunchwrap. My husband asked if they could just swap it with an equal item as to not be hard. Was told “I can only do that with the chicken quesadilla”. To which my husband said sure. Pulls up to the window- attendee says absolutely nothing, ignores him, hands food like we ruined his day. Come home to see they literally gave me a unmelted quesadilla with RICE in it! Wild behavior from this place. Don’t order ahead, or online, or expect any form of customer service. They can’t handle the bare minimum.

2 /5 Jessica Lee: Our family usually grabs a bite to eat about once a month to take home on busy nights. While, the food is usually great, every single time I get a soda from here it is FLAT. This has been going on for months. MONTHS. Every time - I order a soda, take a drink, and give it back to them and ask for something else or ask them to please get me a soda from the lobby. Why has this not been fixed yet?

1 /5 Jacob Frankhauser: I ordered a Crunchwrap with extra meat and got a salad Crunchwrap instead. I also asked for no tomatoes and got tomatoes. I barely had any meat on the Doritos locos taco I got too. Very unsatisfied and it’s my first time eating at this location. I also got a grilled cheese burrito and the cheese wasn’t melted and the meat and rice was dry. Overall poor experience at this location.

1 /5 Andrea Rodriguez Garay: Ordered thru DoorDash and my chalupas and tacos had no meat. Waste of money this place sucks! Please do better. In this economy we shouldn’t be playing with peoples food.
