Tacos Calvillo - (Near Danville, IL)

Alberto Bonilla My first time visiting a Jimmy Johns experience. The staff was very friendly and patient with me. They saw that I was looking at the menu and didnt make me feel rushed at all. The prices are on point and the subs are fresh tasting. The only negative I would say is just the fact that they dont make hot foods everything is cold. But I highly recommend this location. Btw the picture doesnt do the sandwich any justice because I opened it about half an hour to 45 minutes later

Magdalena F Extremely monitored location by the local PD. Great food, specifically, the shrimp, and new spicy chicken sandwich with fries. Root bear is fantastic. Highly recommend if youre in the area. Specifically the night crew.

Margo Van Peterson Our server Gia was fantastic- friendly and prompt service. Francisco was bustling around getting people coffee and tea and clearing used dishes to make more room on our table. All staff worked together and when I asked for a to go cup for my tea, at least 3 staff members helped me. We will definitely be back to this local gem!

Jessica Roman I ordered a numbered meal. The 2 chalupas plus a taco. I asked for steak instead of chicken. I was handed 3 soft shell tacos with steak. When I took it back in they said they couldnt take it back but I could order and pay for some chalupas. The mt. dew was good....

TJ Loan I have been here about a handful of times and finally thought to give a review. The menu has a lot of choices and I appreciate that. The portions are large as you will see by my photos. Everything I have tried has been excellent. The staff are attentive and friendly even when the entire restaurant is full to capacity.

Craig Keyes What can I say about China King; It is hands down the best Chinese/asian food around! China King fed me threw my 20s, my 30s and now into my 40‘s. For years! (always) the consistency hasn’t changed, always top notch. It’s the comfort food that we can not make ourselves that makes it feel like such an extra bit of fun to order. For us; it always a dimly lit living room with a good movie feel with delicious food to nibble on as we enjoy. It’s an experience for us that is always perfect. I also need to mention the loving voice that always answers the phone, ❤️ if someone else ever answers that phone I will be so thrown off!! So nice! So friendly! It’s a family feel when ordering. China King as a restaurant has been a big part of my life, in my opinion it is a Pekin Staple and a huge part of our community. If you’re ever in the area, try it, pick anything, it’ll be amazing!
