Amanda Barbee Usually the supreme pizza is good. However last week we ordered one and the person taking orders kept answering every question with IDK? The pizza was raw and undercooked. Made us sick! This was the same day Hucks was short staffed and ran out of cups. Never order it again!

Timothy Kaul We wandered into Lusk Creek on the evening of Thanksgiving and felt immediately at home. Miss Karen our bartender and guide to all things southern Illinois was an absolute joy. Lots of good local information and stiff cheap drinks. If youre in the neighborhood this is a must stop! Cant wait to get back next summer.

Susan Tithof We were traveling I. A snow storm and decided this was a good location. The Red Rooster was beautiful and the staff were awesome! We would definitely stay here again!

Tom Harmon This is a WOW!!!! Please come to this amazing place!!! They are one of the best! First thing we were greeted just when we stepped out of the truck. They have a drive that takes you down to the restaurant which is on the waterfront!!! Then walked in and immediately we were greeted!!! Had a great host, everything perfect... Food I had the pulled pork with fries and my wife had the fish tacos and sweet potato fries. O the flavors!!! Even the sweet potato fries were best ever. Then to finish off the meal was a great cheesecake... Im hooked! Were hooked....

Devin Ganka Everything was INCREDIBLE!!!! I cannot scream about this place enough! What a new gem on our Main Street. The chicken skewers were my favorite, but the croquettes, calamari, tiramisu and beef tenderloin pasta were all delicious. The location is somewhat hidden so don’t forget to look around and notice your surroundings. The service was also top notch, I really enjoyed how they gave the story behind why the restaurant is there. This made me appreciate the food more. As the owner of a food tourism business, I appreciate the legacy behind something. I will 100% be back and happy they are in Galena.

Brenda Goehlich Very welcoming, clean, comfortable. Service was excellent. Josie is an excellent server. Food ... Great! Liver, onions, baked potato and salad; cheese tortellini with red sauce/beef and cream of mushroom soup. Son isnt a meat eater but he wiped that tortellini dish clean. Reasonable pricing. $32 for 2.
