Atisha Vance It was a very busy place at the time I was there. Polite and on the ball. Fries were a little undercooked I thought but overall a quick bite.

Cheyenne Patton Ginger Ale’s is a very popular place for drinks in Effingham. They have SO many flavors to add to any drink you get, including Sugar Free flavors! They also have perfect little snacks to snack on with your favorite drink (my favorite are pretzel bites, mini donuts, pulled pork sandwiches, muffins, and sausage pretzel minis)! The workers are always super sweet with smiles. I have never heard anything negative about this place. If you’ve never had it before, you NEED to at least try it once. You will not be disappointed, and if you are, let them know and they will fix that!

Greg Vosevich We had a phenomenal experience with the staff during our drive-thru visit. Staff was amazing including some young lady in braided pigtails. She was extremely pleasant and she made our strawberry lemonade drinks like a pro bartender and did everything with a big smile. Food came out hot and fresh as well!

BAR This restaurant looks like it is brand new. Clean lobby, tables, floor, and facilities. Employees were exceptional! Large parking lot. Well done Salem Arbys.

Dan Ware Finally checked this spot out after years of driving by it. The combo was excellent. The beef is full of flavor and the sausage is incredible. I got mine wet with sweet and no cheese. I wanted to have the beef unadulterated. This is easily the best beef in the area! Lets talk about the fresh cut fries, cooked golden brown with a light salt dusting and fluffy light inside. My wife had a chilli dog chaser with her meal and it was baller! The owner is extremely friendly and should be proud of his sandwiches. Ive had every top beef sandwich in Chicagoland, Jonnies, Als, Mr beef, Freddies, Satchels, portillos (before sellout) and on and on. Salernos is in that league. Try a combo and tell me Im wrong.
