3 /5 jose ambricci: I am writing to share a very disappointing experience my family and I had during our recent visit to your restaurant. Our party consisted of four adults and two toddlers. From the start, service was extremely slow. The wait for a third beer refill was so long that I eventually had to walk to the bar to request it myself. It then took approximately 20 minutes for our food order to be taken, followed by nearly an hour before the food arrived. When the meals finally came out, most of the food was only warm and nearly cold. Two of the side dishes from different plates were burned. More concerning, I found a hair in my toddler’s quesadilla and four feathers in a wing from another plate. This is completely unacceptable, especially when serving children. Our waitress was not rude, but her attitude felt dismissive and unprofessional, which only added to the poor experience. We chose your restaurant expecting quality food and service, especially while dining with toddlers. Unfortunately, this visit fell far below those expectations. I hope management will review this matter seriously and take steps to ensure this does not happen to other families.

3 /5 Bob Moore: Went for a birthday party. Had a pulled pork sandwich. I have had better for sure. Waitress was slow, busy eating her dinner. They also charge 20% tip with groups of 8 or more. I dont agree with that. A wait person knows that and can give scrappy service.

5 /5 jeremy lough: The place was busy on arrival. Even with it being busy, the server was quick to get us the menu and drink order. Came back and took our food order, outstanding service. Both burgers we ordered cooked right and tasted good. Also ordered, Boneless wings, those were bigger than most places. Ordered mild and peach fire for sauces. Both were really flavorful. We enjoyed the evening, service, and food.

5 /5 Kate McKay: So happy we found this spot on a Monday night! Service was prompt, the food was absolutely delicious (can’t recommend the ribeye sandwich enough), and we had a great time at dinner. Would recommend to anyone passing through! Huge menu with enough variety to satisfy just about anyone with some sort of sandwich!
