3 /5 Dennis Errichiello: Stopped into Yoder’s Kitchen in Arthur, Illinois, for a quick lunch. Place was clean, and they got me seated and my drink order in right away. Can’t complain about the service, it was fast. I went for the buffet, figuring an Amish place would have a good spread. Well, it was alright, but not what I was expecting. The fried chicken was crispy, which is always a plus, and the flavors were decent enough. Though, I have to say, that chicken and noodles needed a good dose of salt. It was just a little bland. It wasn’t a bad meal, but I was hoping for more variety. Left feeling a bit underwhelmed.
