Angkor Village Restaurant - (Near Franklinton, LA)

Stephanie Young Stopped here with my family on a whim on our way through Alexandria. Before we even got out of our car, someone else stopped his car next to us to ask if the food was any good! We told him there are a lot of favorable reviews online and to wish us luck, as it was our first time eating here. Sir, if youre reading this: Royal Indian Bistro is fantastic! We tried a selection of dishes: samosas, butter chicken, chicken 65, chili paneer, garlic cheese naan, basmati rice, and French fries for the kids. Every. Single. Item was delicious. Prices were reasonable and the service was awesome. Parking was ample, probably because this place hasnt been fully discovered yet, but it deserves to be packed . Fresh, spicy, affordable, delicious. A must-try if you havent been and a definite repeat for us next time we are in town!

Powerhouse Concrete We went to see Nick Perkins Elvis Impersonator tonight. Host was incredible, as well as friendly staff. We also loved our waiter Aiden. Friendly and very attentive..always checking on us, even though there was a full house.The Mesquite grill for 2 was incredible! The flan for dessert topped off an incredible night. We will be back.

M Luis (Lou M) Stopped in for a beer and dinner, sat at the bar (they have a couple of TVs) and bartender was friendly and efficient. They give you a free order of Chips and Salsa (a very large portion I might add)...had the ground beef quesadilla and it was excellent and again a very large portion...Ive traveled extensively around the country and often try Mexican restaurants and I would have to say this was one of the best Ive ever been to, very reasonably priced as well. Would definitely recommend and cant wait for a return visit.

Heliflyer05 Guy The food was really good, I recommend any of the local specials, catfish with eutofette was great!! Then you can sit out back and watch the alligators, and turtles wrestle over the many marshmallows that locals feed them.

Ashley Chisholm After DHS graduation they were able to seat our large party. The wait staff did an awesome job & the food was delicious! Cant wait to come back!

Kellie Nestrud The food was good. The fried pickles were sliced thin and the portion was Huge. Lasagna was better than Alfredo in our opinions.
