Bayou Sneaux & Snacks - (Near New Iberia, LA)

3 /5 Saint2024: First time here. I know they are new and recently open maybe a few weeks now. I drive past this area alot since it on my way home. Decided to give it a try. I had ordered chili & cheese nachos and a link of boudin. The boudin was good. But it was a bit expensive for a link. You can get very good link of boudin for under $ 2 dollar in the area. I thought the chili & cheese nachos was okay nothing unique. It was a bit expensive for the amount you get. The ingredients dont seem to be of high quality. Havent tried their drink yet. The staff seems nice no complaints there.

1 /5 Tashona Rapach: I am so mad I spent $40+ dollars here today. All the kids threw their food out, cheese sticks were fried to hardened cheese which was hard to even bite. Tots were mushy and tasted like they were fried with same grease as seafood. Def not recommended for a 2nd chance.

5 /5 SoufSydeSoulja: I ordered a cotton candy and bubble gum snowball with cheesecake chunks and a red velvet one with cheesecake chunks. Best snowballs ever . Long line but was well worth the wait

5 /5 Lo Thibx: Oh my God, the bread is the size of a regular hotdog bun, but it’s French bread. That is very hard to find because everyone else that serves a French bread hotdog dog bun. It’s too big. The chili was on point. The wiener was on point delicious thank you cousin Genie for helping me find this place.
