Brasserie Byronz - (Near Baton Rouge, LA)

2 /5 T: The most average experience one could imagine. Table of 5 with very basic orders and limited/no substitutions, yet everyone’s order came out missing something or overcooked. Burger was quite overdone for a “medium rare” request. Restaurant was exceptionally loud despite not being full. Fries were plane, food-service quality fries and the “gravy” was chalky, over seasoned, and just not good. Served did okay, which is the only saving grace. Unlikely I will return. Byronz has really gone down in quality over the past years.

5 /5 Jackie Pierce: My husband and I really enjoyed our first experience at Brasserie Byronz. The staff were so courteous and friendly, and the restaurant itself was super clean with a relaxing atmosphere. We had the Goat Cheese Croquettes, Chicken Bouillebasse, and Crab Mac & Fromage. The croquettes were out of this world. Fresh, hot - but not too hot!, and savory with a bit of sweet (served with pickled cranberries and honey). I am so impressed with these, that next time I might skip an entree altogether and just get several orders of the Croquettes. The Bouillebasse was flavorful, the Chicken tender, and it reminded me of a nostalgic home cooked meal my mother would often make. Its similar to gumbo, but with a lot less liquid and more rice. I did need to add a bit of salt and pepper, but I like my food with a good deal of seasoning. Garlic bread was on point, soft, and buttery. The Crab Mac & Cheese had wayyyyyy more Crab than I was expecting, which was pleasantly surprising! Good portion and delicious. Were looking forward to coming back another time to try more out!

5 /5 Fred Lofton: Ok so I went back I have to recant my previous statement this time I went with the turkey burgers and frites and a cup of gumbo and yes it was like that so good I would recommend this spot now giving it a five. The food absolutely not check the videos now the staff is so good I mean wonderful but I would have to try something else but as of now no I will definitely give another review after I try a sandwich or something but that salad wasnt it.

1 /5 mary brignac: Most disappointing Caesar Salad with Steak ever. Was Charged $10.95 for the salad and $14.00 for the sliced steak tenderloin. Once Tax was added and delivery fee for Major Menus (Restaurant of the Day) for lunch - $29.47. When I called concerning my lunch delivery: the call was disconnected. Never Again!!!!
