1 /5 T Breaux: Whoever is supposed to be the cook doesnt know how to cook and the waitress doesnt follow directions on how you want your food. What was supposed to be SOS gravy was an unseasoned white gravy with cut up sausage patties placed on open biscuits. A true SOS gravy has rolls of sausage browned up in a pot just like you would do to brown ground beef. Once breakfast sausage is browned, put in the flour and let it cook for a couple of minutes, stirring constantly. Next you add the milk, salt and pepper and stir until desired consistency. My biscuits were on the hard side like they were over cooked. My moms toast was not buttered and was cold when brought to the table. I ordered a Western omelette with salsa on top of the omelette with hash browns as the side. I ended up with something that was not a western omelette and the salsa was put on top of the hash browns which werent cooked all the way. Hash browns are supposed to be browned up on the outsides and white inside. What I got was shredded potatoes that were all white.
This was the first time eating there and it will be the last time. I will never eat at nor order from this so called bistro ever again.
