Chapter IV - (Near New Orleans, LA)

5 /5 James Mims: I visited Chapter IV for their Saturday brunch. I ordered the Oyster Rockefeller and the Grilled Redfish. The Oyster Rockefeller came with crispy fried oysters, creamed spinach, pickled red onions and jalapeños. The dish needed a bit of salt but was otherwise great! The Grilled Redfish came with crab fried rice and grilled zucchini/squash. The fish was cooked to perfection. The crab fried rice offered a nice contrast in texture to the flaky fish. The grilled vegetables were simple but nice.

5 /5 Vanessa Tinsley: Lovely location with a clean modern feel. Location are good with some unique holiday creations. But the food...WOW grits so creamy they are other worldly. Red fish is seasoned to perfection and a must have. For something different, try the crab fried rice. Dont miss the gumbo either. Food comes out hot and fresh without a long wait. We had the bread pudding and the apple cobbler for dessert. Both were excellent and relied on the flavors and not the sugar. The prices were very reasonable and the food quality outstanding.

5 /5 Angela Carmona: We came here from Miami. A dear friend recommended Chapter 4. This place was Phenomenal from start to finish. We got greeted with a smile and got accommodated to a table where I could charge my phone. Our server was Jena she was Fantastic! We asked her opinion on some dishes and we got the grilled redfish crab rice with yellow and zucchini squash. It was a party in my mouth. Finished it with the in house made bread pudding another wonderful dish. I also got a mocktail it was refreshing and also tasty. This meal and experience was one of the highlights of our trip. Hands down to the cook and Jena for being so sweet and fun. I highly recommend coming here for an exquisite experience.

3 /5 T. Foster: Beautiful spot! I made Friday lunch reservations for 2 through Resy. Street parking was available. There is paid parking on the left side of the street and free parking on the right side. We were seated at bar table with an outside view. The decor was beautiful but our high table was wobbly. Our server was a nice young lady. She made a great suggestion for mocktails. We went with the Leah’s Garden. It was sweet and delicious. We started with the Thai Chili Ribs and Wings. These were good. 3 wings and 3 ribs. For our entrees we both went with the grilled redfish served with crab fried rice and yellow and green zucchini. This dish was just okay. The fish was seasoned well but the crab fried rice was a big let down. It tasted like boxed rice with carrots and added piece of crab. The zucchini lacked flavor. Overall, great atmosphere. I’d probably return to try more appetizers and brunch.

5 /5 JC 1974: I had oysters 10 million ways since I was a kid but never on a bed of spinach with a pickled jalapeno on top. Im going to go back and just get three orders of that for dinner. The catfish with the corn machoux with crawfish and andouille on top of it was a very unique and creative combination served on top of perfectly cooked and seasoned grits. We also had the appetizer with the three Asian ribs and three Asian wings which was perfect because I like getting a variety.
