Frances S I have heard many great comments but I’m picky about my shrimp. (Don’t really eat much crawfish.) I mean, a trailer, in a parking lot?Since I won a gift certificate, I thought I might try it. There were a few people in line but it moved really fast. A little more than 5 minutes to get through 3 people. The plate I ordered had sausage and I really don’t care for it so I told them not to bother with it. They offered a corn to replace it. BONUS!!!!! The shrimp is deveined. BONUS!!!! I forgot to ask for sauce. Uh-oh! Oh, there is a butter sauce with it, I will try it. BONUS!!!! It was delicious! All in all, I had a great dinner! I will most definitely be back!

Marwan Ali OMG, New Iberia, LA and diet is a myth, the food is so good in this place (Cafeteria style), and the have different items during the week (call ahead to ask about their special). Ok, Crawfish etouffee was spot on (I’ll be back for more). The boudin was delicious regular or crawfish (I’ve tried both and the regular is on the spicy side). Coleslaw was good and the peach cobbler was really good. Pork Cracklings are famous there as well (try them). It’s connected to the gas station and they close by 2 pm and reopen at 6 am except on Sundays.

James Lexing We popped in on Friday for quick bite after a round of golf and wound with a whole meal plus some. The fried pork chop meal (w/rice & gravy and green beans) was my choice and it was definitely the right one. I got an extra pork chop and a couple of extra rolls and had more than I could eat. The food was perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked so much so that I was finished eating before I could use the hot sauce I requested. I’d put those chops up against anybody’s! Thick, juicy, (again) perfectly seasoned and of course, cooked to order. Truly a 10/10 experience. My homeboy had the same meal as I did except with grilled chops plus he had a coke float!!
