Wilkes Alsip Waited maybe 7 minutes paid a little over $7 got 4 fish strips 4 chicken strips and fried rice with their homemade yum yum sauce and a canned drink!!! The food was amazing the service was amazing!!!! When Im in town I will definitely be coming back every time. The fried rice has this Ginger and like Thai basil with pepper and goodness

Mike Montgomery Big truck parking available. No problem parking my gooseneck trailer. No exaggeration but the best fried pork chop I’ve had in years. Fried okra didn’t taste frozen. It was awesome. Service was a little slow, but super friendly definitely worth stopping!!!

Mooney Brian (mrmelooney) Good Mexican in Plaquemine! The cutest little girl seated us and gave us our menus with the most pleasant smile ever! Everybody gave me a hard time about placing this little paper boat in the salsa after my meal was done LOL.

Symple_ Man Been open a long time for a reason. Food is fantastic, reasonably priced. Family oriented counter service or old time drive-in walk up window. Family owned service is always fantastic. People here are good ole country folks. Burgers, poboys, soft serve ice cream and home made desserts/pies. Located right across from the Washington Parish Fairgrounds. Clean dining room, restrooms and newly remodeled. The owners work behind the counter and in the kitchen so you know its done right. They buy local ingredients when they can, like Double D sausage and Washington Parish produce.

Johnson Dru (Madam D.A. Johnson) Passing through headed to NOLA saw it on maps decided to stop by. Now if I was judging from the outside of the building, we may not have patronized but we got passed the outter appearance and gave them a try. Our food was fresh and the portions were plentiful. I ordered the crawfish fried rice, it wasnt quite what I was expecting thinking of a fried rice but it was delicious! Love the spice. Hubby ordered chicken fried rice he enjoyed it, said it was " pretty good, and I can tell it was cooked to order" I also tried the crab cheese rangoons... I would have liked a little more filling to pastry ratio but they were fresh,crispy and flavorful. Overall, was it thee best Ive had? No. Do I have to have them again the next time were passing through? No. But for what we were looking for today this hit the spot.
