1 /5 Mrs S Robinson: I recently visited this location after seeing the August 26th FB post featuring sausage baked potatoes. My co-worker and I placed the order over the phone due to the lunch hour rush. When I asked at the drive-thru if we could split our order for payment, the nice lady asked another employee on instructions since it was her second day on the job. She was told rudely, "We dont have time for that; they need to let us know when placing the order." I saw what I needed to see. This unfriendly response made a poor impression. When we opened our identical orders, they looked nothing like the advertisement—clear false advertising. I understand lunch rushes can be difficult, but poor service and disappointing food quality show a lack of care for customers.

3 /5 Ellen Hammonds: Very slow service. I order Cajun fries got regular fries just added seasoning on it . The basket should have fries in it already we should not have to order them separately. It is high price to me .

5 /5 Inga Sparr: This little gem off of Old Winfield Rd in Jonesboro is one you must try. I ordered the cheeseburger with jalapeño bun. The patty was seasoned well, thick and juicy. The soft bun complimented the burger well. The cajun fries are hot and seasoned to perfection. Will be returning again and again. Next time for their well-known chili cheese dogs. If you are in the area, please, I highly recommend stopping here. They even left me a note on my bag that made me smile. Thank you!

1 /5 Ashley Flowers: Stephanie is rude as hell with a bad attitude.. I don’t recommend anyone to go during lunch rush, they can’t correct half complete orders(simply adding chili) to a hotdog and cooking a small fry.

5 /5 Adam Nott: Its an extraordinary burgers n dogs place. The food is fresh and tasty, the folks at the drive-thru are awesome, and they even have parking and an outdoors rest area if you want to grab a bite on-site. Definitely one of the best places to grab a bite when passing by the area, or coming back from work!
