Dinah Williams This was my first time eating at CAVA. I really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. I liked that there were so many choices of fresh vegetables to add to my harissa avocado bowl. The pineapple apple mint juice was refreshingly good. I will be going back!

Cindy Matherne I enjoyed a lovely Sunday Brunch on the Sunday before Christmas with friends. This new gem downtown is beautifully decorated and is very comfortable. I was very glad that I knew to make a reservation because it appeared that every chair in the restaurant was occupied. The service from the moment we entered was outstanding, The cocktails and food did not disappoint. Everything we had was absolutely delicious, from the French 75 to the Smoked Fish Spread to the Grillades and Grits to the Bread Pudding. I’m very excited to know that this beautiful restaurant is now open for lunch. I’ll be going back soon.

Tammy Porte I called in an order, the grilled pork steamed buns and grilled pork banh mi, to go. The order was ready quickly. The steamed buns blew me away! It was my first time having steamed buns. I will be getting them regularly. The banh mi was great also. Both of them the pickled vegetables were so fresh. The grilled pork had that perfect grilled flavor you want. The flavors of each ingredient just explodes in your mouth, you taste each one individually at first then when they all combine, wow. The bread was so soft with a nice light slight crisp crust. The buns were so light, soft and fluffy. I had their beef broth a few weeks back when on a liquid diet for a day and it too has amazing in flavor. The service was great. The employees were so nice. Im definitely ordering some pho this coming week.

Tema Larry I love C&M Crawfish! The crawfish is seasoned so well and have the perfect amount of spice. They are the best in the Miss-Lou area! Also, Mr. Lonnie and his staff are very friendly which makes the experience even greater and makes you want to come back time and time again. Treat yourself, dont cheat yourself because C&M rocks! They also have the best shrimp and sausage.

J.S. M. Fantastic hidden restaurant surrounded by lush tropical landscaping - this restaurant never disappoints! The Sunday brunch is all-you-can-eat and is a great value. The drinks are strong, cool and delicious. Make sure you stop in at the nearby Turtle Bar which is only a few feet from the entrance to this restaurant. Its one of the most interesting and unique small bars you will ever pop into in the Baton Rouge - New Orleans areas. If you do find yourself eating at Cafe Burnside or grabbing a delicious cocktail at the Turtle Bar, I assure you that youll be smitten and continue coming here no matter where youre from our how long your drive is. Guaranteed!
