1 /5 A: I’ve come back in town recently for work and this place is usually my go to for shrimp and chicken fajitas. I order multiple times throughout the week.
Today, I received the wrong order. No big deal, it can be fixed right? Wrong. I was not asked if I wanted a lunch or dinner size portion and when I checked my food, the shrimp was also missing (I usually receive 4). I have a very demanding job in LE and the service I received today reminded me exactly why i left this town and never looked back. The servers name? Not sure, white male, likely brown hair 5’7 - 5’8. He was rude with an attitude when I was attempting to understand why I received a lunch portion when I placed my order at 2:17 and on top of that, he offered me the solution of THREE shrimp to fix the order, I chose not to drive 15 minutes for 3 shrimp on top of the attitude I was given. How about offer me a price for the portion size that I obviously wanted without snide remarks and an attitude? I chose to put the food in the trash where it belonged since that was the service I received and chose to never come back. It was insulting and I am aware of why he chose this way of a solution because I recall speaking to him previously when I picked up another order.
**** service makes any food taste like crap. I won’t bother spending my money here again. This type of service would not fly in Houston.
