Garcias Famous Mexican Food - (Near Covington, LA)

T D Dined here for the first time. Service was excellent! Great appetizers with the cauliflower bites, truffle fries, and phenomenal crab cakes. My entree was the burger. Ive had many excellent burgers and this ranks among the best. Friends raved about the tuna tacos, and red fish dish. Only recommendation is to see a standing gumbo dish on the menu. We are from out of town, but plan to return anytime we are back in Thibodaux.

Jackie Pierce My husband and I really enjoyed our first experience at Brasserie Byronz. The staff were so courteous and friendly, and the restaurant itself was super clean with a relaxing atmosphere. We had the Goat Cheese Croquettes, Chicken Bouillebasse, and Crab Mac & Fromage. The croquettes were out of this world. Fresh, hot - but not too hot!, and savory with a bit of sweet (served with pickled cranberries and honey). I am so impressed with these, that next time I might skip an entree altogether and just get several orders of the Croquettes. The Bouillebasse was flavorful, the Chicken tender, and it reminded me of a nostalgic home cooked meal my mother would often make. Its similar to gumbo, but with a lot less liquid and more rice. I did need to add a bit of salt and pepper, but I like my food with a good deal of seasoning. Garlic bread was on point, soft, and buttery. The Crab Mac & Cheese had wayyyyyy more Crab than I was expecting, which was pleasantly surprising! Good portion and delicious. Were looking forward to coming back another time to try more out!

Alan Glover Jr. Man! Great food at a great price, especially for NOLA. After reading the reviews, I was kinda skeptical when we got our food, they didnt let me down. The wings were fried to perfection AND juicy on the inside. The flavor wasnt heavy at all. My wife & I really enjoyed the shrimp fried rice. The tables, floors and chairs were clean & free of trash & debris. The staff was very helpful and brought our order out with minimal wait. Definitely worth another visit.

Damian DiMera I went through the drive through and it was n my first time at this location. The food was fresh and hot. Service was very quick. The attendant at the window was very nice and pleasant. We had the livers with fries this time.

John Bloww There was no wait got seated immediately. Food was amazing I got a Sakura and Grand Caillou roll. Place was very clean. Denise was our server she was very friendly, attentive, and fast. She checked on us a few times. Will give this place 5 stars across the board.
