Gonzales Mexican Restaurant - (Near Farmerville, LA)

5 /5 Kimberly Gonzalez: My hopes were not high being from South Texas... I was SO WRONG!!!! Gonzalez Mexican Restaurant hit it out of the park!! The staff was so sweet and amazing!! The food was SPOT ON. So full of flavor!! I left stuffed and making plans for a return. The patio outside looks so inviting, when my husband asked to sit outside I was concerned, it was so hot outside I was worried I wouldnt be able to enjoy my food or the company . I was WRONG!! The fans they have scattered throughout gave a nice cooling breeze . And the drinks , YUM !!!!

4 /5 Rebecca Mixon: My youngest said the burger was fantastic. Tres Amigos was good, but Id like to trade the beef enchilada for something else. My middle child thoroughly enjoyed the Burrito California. The salsa was a little off - too much of a tomato taste, and the seasoning was odd. The queso was lacking but was okay. The unsweet tea tasted like water. If we needed to eat here again, we certainly would, but, all in all, Im not sure wed go out of our way to eat here. Giving it 4 stars because the entrees made up for other places that were lacking.

5 /5 Glenn F: Great flavor on all the dishes we had. Service was quick and friendly. Refills offered often and to go cups if you wanted. It was busy for a Weds and they were filling take out orders. Wife selection on the menu.

5 /5 Melvin Matthews: Great little place to grab a meal. The atmosphere rating of 3 is just the inside but they have an outside area with a much better atmosphere. It was just cold when we went ao we stuck with the indoor experience.
