Johnnys Pizza House - (Near Bossier City, LA)

5 /5 Lois Cooper: I called to place a pick up order, just a small mighty meaty with a side of nacho cheese sauce, I let them know that I needed curbside service because I had a sleeping toddler in the car and I was told that was fine. That was awesome because I usually go to the Airline drive location because they have a window, but their wait time was an hour and this location said 20 minutes, also awesome. I called once I arrived and let them know that I was outside and I wanted to add a 2liter Diet Coke and a cup of ice to my order, also not a problem! The customer service was great, because it was a different employee each time I called and both were professional and had no problem accommodating me. I didn’t wait long and Maria brought my order out, that made my night because Maria and I have worked together before at a different restaurant and she’s such an amazingly sweet person and didn’t know that she had changed to this Johnnys location! That means I’m switching to this location too! I had a long day and needed my comfort food. I get all way home (North Shreveport), unload my sleeping grandson, then unload everything from the car, I get the baby tucked in, throw on my pajamas, fix myself a big glass of Diet Coke, then I get comfortable and I open my Johnny’s Pizza box only to find that they forgot my nacho cheese sauce! I really love that sauce, I almost cried! I could have called and complained, I could have left less than 5 stars, I could have left a bad review and blamed the employees, OR I could have been more responsible and checked my box before I left Johnny’s! I’m not MAD, I’m full. I have sat here and ate all but two pieces of this pizza (without nacho cheese sauce) and I didn’t even reheat it because it was cold by the time I got home! Still the best pizza!

5 /5 Valisea Guice: I placed my order online & it stated my order would be ready in 22 minutes. I arrived early since this is my first time eating here. I walked in and my order was being pulled out of the oven. The pizza was delicious & a bonus for $5 off my order. I would definitely be returning when Im in the area.

1 /5 Paul Baker: I arrived at 10:20 pm and went inside and paid for a quarter muffaletta and bread sticks. My arrival interrupted the cashiers cleaning, apparently. After paying and informing the cashier that I was dining in, the cashier told me they werent accepting dine in orders. I asked why not and stated that they close in 40 minutes at 11 pm. He told me this was the managers orders. I informed him that this has never happened before there and that I arrived 40 minutes before closing not 5 minutes. I also informed him that i didnt want to eat a muffaletta in the new car i just bought and didnt want to get my shirt food stained. He said he would have to ask the manager and I told him just forget it and received my refund of $10.38. I told the cashier Keenan, that I would be filing a complaint.

4 /5 Chris Young: Not my usual experience with Johnnys. Living in Texas I dont get to eat there much. The buffet was lacking much to be desired!

5 /5 Larry serfozo: Traveling thou the area stop in to get the local pizza in town and the manager Kyle was awesome he was willing to accommodate our travel needs and was awesome to talk to the pizza was amazing thank for everything
