Sat in the bar area. The two ladies behind the bar took great care of me. Switching off. There were several moments in which I noticed a great intuitive attention to small details.
I got a water, and as usual, it came with lemon, which isn’t my style, so I took it out. When my refill arrived, it had no lemon.
When my food arrived, she must have seen me inhaling the ranch, and asked if I’d like another, and she brought me multiple extras.
And then, when the to go box arrived, she made sure to have lids for the ranch ready to go, all without having to ask.
It doesn’t seem like much, but I was having a rough day, and the little kindness in the details really helped turn the day around.
I didn’t catch their names, but it struck me I could not think of the last time I had such amazing service anywhere.
