Jack Loftus A fantastic high-end Mexican restaurant! Beautiful fit and finish, wide walkways, and lots of glass in exterior walls and great ceiling height. This allowed a lot of natural light in, allowing a unique positive experience compared to most d restaurants with almost no windows and dimly lit booths. Service was great and responsive, and food portions were overwhelming. Needless to say, I required a to go box for all the food I couldnt put down. The place was decorated well, and the high prices were justified!

Shon Price A must stop if you’re looking for something good to eat. We had the half chicken, green beans and dirty rice. The boudin balls(pepper jack, crawfish) were perfect. The cracklins are the best Ive ever eaten,Perfectly seasoned. Along with all that in the hot bar they offer all kinds of delicious meats and soups to take with you to make at your home. See videos.

Mrs. Mae We tried Lux Cafe and everything was so good. The catfish and seafood grits were the star…the fish was fried to absolute perfection, crispy on the outside and full of flavor. The grits were soo creamy ( I could have had the all by its self!!) The crawfish omelette was rich, topped with their special sauce, and loaded with crawfish, and the potatoes on the side were seasoned just right. The honey chicken biscuit was ok. The biscuit was tasty, the chicken was perfectly fried, and the honey drizzle pulled it all together. Great food, great portions, and we left happy and full!

Jordee York I had the opportunity to try this joint yesterday, and man O man, the food was AMAZING!! I got the 4 wing plate with two sides and a cornbread. The fries snuck up on me cause I didnt know they were included as well. The wings were hot, fresh, crunchy, and seasoned well. The beans were really good. The Mac N Cheese was superb!! The fries were hot and seasoned well, and the cornbread was good as well. I was actually really impressed and the lady that took my order was really nice. She also told me Happy New Year when she brought my order! The atmosphere was pretty chill and was quiet when I was there! Give this place a try Lafayette!!!!
