Faith Francois The night manager was amazing, we pulled up in a broken stall that was not labeled, after everything I ordered I received “is that it” or “will that complete your order.” I was completely rushed and it was not closing time. I voiced my unsatisfactory items. The manager was the last car hop that night, offering to make it right, her listening skills, and a free item off my order definitely surprised us, going above and beyond, in our eyes acknowledging the at faults, apologizing and in the same breath saying how you will change it, offering free/comp item(s) is definitely the way to go in this industry. What do you think?!
