Los Compas - (Near Benton, LA)

M Luis (Lou M) Stopped in for a beer and dinner, sat at the bar (they have a couple of TVs) and bartender was friendly and efficient. They give you a free order of Chips and Salsa (a very large portion I might add)...had the ground beef quesadilla and it was excellent and again a very large portion...Ive traveled extensively around the country and often try Mexican restaurants and I would have to say this was one of the best Ive ever been to, very reasonably priced as well. Would definitely recommend and cant wait for a return visit.

Công Minh Nguyễn The food is amazing; I really enjoyed the General Tsos chicken, Ive eaten it many times, and there are many other delicious dishes as well. The staff are enthusiastic and friendly.

Liz Bourgeois Prime burgers....cannot say enough about how good they are. If its been 2 months since the last one or it was just last week , it will be consistently excellent every time. Hubby got his favorite hamburger steak & sister said the rueben is the best shes ever had around here. Love me some Prime & Heather & Mr. Dan ❤❤❤❤

Foodie Cat My daughter and son in law stopped by here recently on their way to a new camp they purchased. They were very impressed with the friendliness of everyone and the awesome food choices. This was our first trip down this way, so we had to stop,too, and check it out ! This is not a huge town, but the parking lot was FULL when we got here - about 1 in the afternoon. When we walked inside - after taking pics of the cool exterior paintings - the restaurant area was full with happy customers. Its a small place in the side of the road, but sure is huge in hospitality and warmth. The menu has a good selection of good, Cajun dishes. One half of the store is the restaurant, the other is your convenience store items you might need - cold drinks, chips, etc... They have a freezer by the check out of you need a dish to go. We didnt want to show up empty handed so we picked up some shrimp and crab gumbo - they even have precooked rice so you dont have to worry about that. Do you like PECAN PIE...?? Stop by and get you one ! There is a selection of other pastries, brownies for one, and a few other choices. Def stop by if you are passing thru !

Ryan Landry Awesome place! The food was good, the service was great and the atmosphere was great as well. We went during lunch and there were only a few other tables there. I can imagine that dinner time it would be more packed. The queso was really good. I had the American Enchiladas but felt that I should’ve asked for the onions that they topped them with on the side. Too many onions for my liking. Other than that, our waitress was awesome and did a great job.

Jack Loftus A fantastic high-end Mexican restaurant! Beautiful fit and finish, wide walkways, and lots of glass in exterior walls and great ceiling height. This allowed a lot of natural light in, allowing a unique positive experience compared to most d restaurants with almost no windows and dimly lit booths. Service was great and responsive, and food portions were overwhelming. Needless to say, I required a to go box for all the food I couldnt put down. The place was decorated well, and the high prices were justified!
