1 /5 James Parham: I took my granddaughter out for the day, and she wanted to go to McDonaldâs to eat and play in the playground. When we arrived and went inside, we found no other customers in the place besides one poor old man who had apparently been waiting way too long.
The âworkersâ kept coming to the front of the store to ask him questions and completely ignored my granddaughter and me. We didnât even get a âWeâll be with you in a minute,â a âHi,â or anything else.
When the old man finally got his food and started to leave, he looked at me and said, âGood luck, youâre going to need it.â
So, I waited and waited and finally decided to use their kiosk, which was broken. I tried the second one, which was âClosed.â (Side note: if youâre going to ignore your customers at the counter, your kiosks should 100% work.)
I then tried the app, which couldnât even find the store I was standing inside. We waited and waited, and no one ever came to the front of the place to wait on us. After about 15 minutes of not even being greeted, we left and went to your competitor next door.
You can rest assured that I will never step foot in this McDonaldâs or any other McDonaldâs again. This level of disregard for customers is completely unacceptable.
