I recently visited Peking Buffet with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. First and foremost, the service was lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued customers.
To make matters worse, we were charged an inflated price for my childs meal, which was supposed to be at the regular childrens rate. This was not only surprising but also frustrating, as we expected a fair pricing policy for families.
When we went to pay, the staff member even asked for a tip.
Given the already excessive bill, we declined, and the way she handled the payment was unprofessional-she tossed the payment card back to us with a visibly poor attitude.
Given the poor service and the billing issue, I cannot recommend Peking Buffet]. There are many other places that offer better service and fair prices. I hope they can improve in the future.
