1 /5 Mario Rossi: Every single time I’ve gone to this place, the service somehow gets worse — and this was the last straw for me. There were only 3 tables total, including me and my 3-year-old son, so it wasn’t even busy.
Our waitress acted like she couldn’t care less about being there or about her customers, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt — maybe she was having a bad day. She suggested the “build your own pizza” on the kids’ menu, which I thought was a fun idea. She brought out the ingredients, my son and I made the pizza… but the dough was completely raw.
We waited 12 minutes for her to come back so we could get it cooked properly. During that time, both waitresses and the bartender saw us sitting there waiting and did absolutely nothing. Not even a “be right with you.” One waitress even had earbuds in — that’s when I realized we’d get service whenever they felt like it.
If they honestly think raw pizza dough is okay to serve, that’s just nasty and shows how little they care about their job or the customers. I’ll never go back, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone. You can find way better food, service, and prices anywhere in Chalmette — no reason to waste your time or money here.
