5 /5 Barry Esnault: All I can say is WOW. The brisket they serve is by far the best and most perfectly tender Ive ever had. A definite stand out from other places. The ribs were tender but not fall off the bone, which is how I prefer them. Seasoning on the ribs was very good, not the biggest fan of St. Louis style ribs but quality outshines type of rib every day. Mac-n-cheese was good but way to cheesy, grits were great, cornbread was excellent, loaded fries were unique play on what I thought it would be. I enjoyed them though. Strawberry banana cheesecake was delicious with one of the best crusts period. Even with all that positivity the staff was by far the true ingredient in this recipe for success. Best staff experience hands down Ive had in BR. Well done SPO, well done.
