Sonic Drive-In -Food CA (Near Franklin)

2 /5 Ms Phyphy Darcel: I went to the drive thru on 9/11/2025 and a young girl wearing a red shirt, lip gloss African American and with an very immature attitude took my order at 6:15pm. I was served with a partial orea shake that was so ugly. I made her aware of how it looked in a very polite manner and she smacked her lips and said insert smack here what you mean. I pointed at the hideous item she had handed to me that was suppose to be of medium size versus the other much appealing shake I had ordered. She did not see the difference and closed the window. I took it as she understood customer service and was correcting her error but no. The "child" was just running orders behind me. If she received training she needs to get more or go home and take a nap. A very nice young man (who said he loves camaros) in a blue shirt came to the window and corrected her mistake and made my day. He deserves a raise and the slacky girl deserves everything like the shake she serves people. Fire her asap. She definitely sucks and needs to grow as a person.

1 /5 Jay B: Not like it use to be, people are preparing the food with no gloves just grabbing the fries off the shelf touching all over them before putting them in the bag. Hot dog was soggy like the bread was wet, just really poor hygiene and bad service. 3 years ago this was a decent place to eat now if you go at night most the works are sitting outside or in their car smoking.

5 /5 Tammy Spencer: We got the fastest service and it was right on time because we were hot and the drinks came quickly. Burgers were dry but tots were good as usual. They really need to fix the parking lot and add some outdoor music to make the atmosphere inviting.

2 /5 Matt Broussard: I dont know if the crew just didnt show up to work or what, but there was only 1 person working there last night and it was my slowest "fast food" experience ever! The food was good as usual but but you cant operate a business like that with just 1 person!
