1 /5 Kacie Russell: Never going to this Subway again. 5 minute wait while the workers dealt with the last customer, not a big deal. But the interruptions of the person working on my sandwich talking to her coworker made it such a long process. I asked for light Spinach and she puts enough on, then she decides its not enough and adds more? I say "just a little bit" after she added some more and misunderstood as me asking for a little more so SHE ADDED MORE?!
Whatever, Ill just remove it after I get it. Then she DESTROYS my sandwich with honey mustard I was only able to glance at it before she shut it. Whatever again, Ill deal with the literal sloppy mess at home.
Theres no sign on the drink machine to let customers know they only had mountain dew until tomorrow so after finding my preferred drinks were out I asked and received a response as if I were responsible for the drinks being out.
THEN I get home, AND ITS NOT EVEN THE CORRECT UNGODLY AMOUNT OF SAUCE ON MY SANDWICH
After an entire day without eating, at 6:30pm I expected to at least be able to eat a sandwich without this experience being dragged out. I dont even usually complain about service but this absolutely tipped the scale today. Disappointing to say the least.
Most of the tables had their chairs placed on top of them as well which isnt something customers would usually see until closing times.
