Wendys - (Near Plaquemine, LA)

1 /5 Dawn Brignac: Came through the drive thru and standing by the back door was an employee smoking weed. Food was cold and the order wasnt right. This isnt the first time. I would rather drive my butt to Donaldsonville Wendys or go to Baton Rouge. I see why there is never a real line there. Ive called corporate and so has a few others I know about this Wendys. Ill stick with waiting in line at McDonalds.

1 /5 Faith O. Maddox: Shake machine is not working. We were sold a melted shake last night that was terrible. Service person was nice BUT she should have realized that the ice-cream was not cold.

5 /5 Mikalea Miller: Always get decent to great food and great service! Which is a shining gem among the other crappy fast food services. Anyways lately, things have only gotten better at this location! Taking the time to check the food quality, lettus and tomatoes werefresh, its really the small things!

2 /5 Gabby: I went through the drive-thru and made a simple order and my drinks were wrong so I said these are supposed to be the minute Maid strawberry lemonade but yall gave me the Dave’s so I said this isn’t right and one of the lady’s at the window when I said my drink was wrong she got an attitude and said “Oh My God” like it’s not my fault you messed up and didn’t listen to my order that’s your fault and to catch an attitude and I wasn’t even rude to you shows you don’t need to work in the restaurant or costumer service industry.

1 /5 510SIDESHOW Buddy: There were two cars ahead of me in the drive-thru. Every car when they got to the speaker had to wait at least 5 minutes for them to place an order. When I got to the window and paid it took another 7 minutes to get my food. Spent 30 minutes and the food wasnt even fresh. The french fries tasted hours old same as the nuggets and my junior bacon cheeseburger was missing bacon and drowned in condiments and was not fresh either. Im not sure what theyre doing in there but I will never go back. Its fast food and theres lots of other places around to get fast food. Im a fan of Wendys in general but this location is absolute garbage
